These historic venues offer a versatile space for business meetings and corporate dinners in Bath:

GREAT OCTAGON

Octagonal in shape as the name suggests, with four original marble fireplaces, stunning eighteenth century portraits and the largest chandelier in the Assembly Rooms collection.
Ideal for: dinner, drinks receptions, exhibitions.
Capacity: 250 for a drinks reception, 120 for dinner.

TEA ROOM

Both classy and elegant, the Georgian Tea Room features original fireplaces, a double columned balcony and three breathtaking Whitefriars
crystal chandeliers.

Ideal for: corporate and gala dinners, balls, exhibitions, drinks receptions, parties and award ceremonies.

Capacity: 300 for a drinks reception, 170 for dinner.

BALL ROOM

As the largest eighteenth century room in Bath, the spectacular Ball Room boasts high columns, huge amounts of space and an impressive five original crystal chandeliers.

Ideal for: corporate and gala dinners, balls, exhibitions, drinks receptions, parties and award ceremonies.
Capacity: 400 for a drinks reception, 310 for dinner.

CARD ROOM

Leading out onto the pretty garden, this is the best room for an evening bar or drinks reception.

For meetings and conferences we offer a comprehensive day delegate package including refreshments and lunch options.

For corporate events we have formal and informal catering options, from a three course dinner to bowl food and all that’s in-between. We will discuss your requirements with you before suggesting a catering option to compliment your event.

We are also happy to put together unique catering concepts should you have ideas of your own or any particular theming that you’d like incorporated.

Venue hire at the Assembly Rooms is managed by Bath’s Historic Venues and catering is managed by Searcys.

Thanks for your note, yes the evening event was very good.

As anticipated less alcohol than prepared for was required (as far as I could tell), but Felix and team managed that well.

The whole “meal” element was managed flawlessly from my perspective. Thank you to the team.

The event went really well we think, and feedback that it was a “step up” from previous years at different venues in Europe.

I thought I would take this opportunity to write to you to thank all of your team for their help with the event this week, 9th-11th May 2016.

I know we had quite a few changes pre event, but these were handled efficiently and without issue by Charlotte and Louise.

All of your team were excellent, but I do think it correct to point out those who really helped us to run the event seamlessly and give all of our delegates a great experience. Felix and Diju at the Assembly Rooms, Felix again and Dean at the Pump Room all deserve special mention as does the catering team of Chef Mark and General Manager Graham who really exceeded all expectations with the meal presented for dinner.

So often when working on a large event, the staff are very helpful and go beyond the norm, but there is normally someone who lets the side down, on this occasion I have no one to complain about at all, you should be very proud.
